NAHAYO Philippe is an experienced executive serving as the Managing Director of Mulindi Factory Company Ltd.
With over 32 years of hands-on experience in the tea industry, Philippe has built a rich professional background across various major tea estates and processing factories throughout Rwanda.
Throughout his career, Philippe has held several top-tier managerial and executive roles within Rwanda’s tea processing sector, specializing in factory operations, supply chain logistics, quality management, and smallholder cooperative development.
Its experience and legacy stem from work carried out within parastatal and private companies, notably OCIR-THE, NAEB, and RMT.
Before leading Mulindi Factory Company Ltd., Philippe served in senior leadership roles within prominent tea enterprises, Including Cyato Tea Fields and Factory Company ltd, and Rwanda Mountain Tea Ltd where he managed various tea factories, namely Gisakura Tea Company, Rutsiro Tea Factory, and Nyabihu Tea Factory in the capacity of General Manager.
 At Mulindi Factory Company Rwanda’s flagship smallholder-owned tea factory he is heading all operations. His leadership focuses on sustainable agriculture practices, improving tea farmers’ living conditions, Improvement of social conditions around the tea factory, and adhering to rigorous international quality standards both on the plantations and within the factory while ensuring the implementation of good agricultural and manufacturing practices to guarantee high-quality tea production.

Calliope Ntirugirisoni is an experienced Rwandan finance executive with nearly two decades of strategic financial leadership across agribusiness, logistics, and manufacturing. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Mulindi Factory Company Ltd, he possesses deep expertise in corporate financial governance, capital allocation, cost accounting, and treasury management.

Led financial operations and cost control strategies for the giant global logistics company, A.P. Moller – Maersk as Country Finance Lead, major agricultural ventures serving as Chief Accountant for The Wood Foundation, three services companies. He also previously served as CFO at Rwanda Farmers Coffee Company, spearheaded financial management and regulatory compliance in senior roles, Finance Manager at Tigo Rwanda Ltd, and Senior Accountant at CIMERWA Ltd.

Specialized in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budget oversight, internal controls, statutory audit compliance, and supply chain cost optimization within processing and manufacturing environments.

He is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), CPAR,  and hold master of Financial Management from Amity University Uttar Pradesh-India, Bachelor of Business of Business Administration (Finance) from School of Finance and Banking (SFB).

He is also a  member of ATAR-Association of Tax Advisors of Rwanda in addition to holding a Certificate in Easter Africa Customs Clearing Services (RWAFFA).

Benjamin Yego is a distinguished Tea Industry Executive with over three decades of leadership in large-scale plantation management, factory operations, and agribusiness. He holds a BSc in Agriculture from the University of Eastern Africa, Baraton, and previously served in senior roles with Eastern Produce in Kenya.

With comprehensive, end-to-end expertise across the entire tea value chain, his capabilities span cultivation, mechanized harvesting, processing, global market positioning, and international compliance certifications. Throughout his career, Benjamin has consistently blended transformative leadership with rigorous financial discipline to elevate tea quality and drive global competitiveness
