Mr. NZEYIMANA F. Xavier

Mr. NZEYIMANA F. Xavier was appointed as Co-Chair of the Board of Directors in April 2025, representing COOPTHE Mulindi. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance Management, Services, and Security Analysis. With over 12 years of experience in accounting and finance, Xavier has developed deep expertise in grant management, financial controls, accounting practices, procurement, and compliance

Currently serving as Financial Controller at Enabel, Xavier oversees finance, accounting, and grant management for health sector projects funded by the European Union (EU). In addition, he holds the role of Fraud Focal Point at Enabel-Rwanda

Prior, Xavier managed the financial operations of large-scale projects in health sector financed by both the European Union and the Belgian government. His responsibilities included strategic financial planning, grant management and  compliance, Financial reporting, and audit readiness.

Before joining Enabel, Xavier held key financial roles at Save the Children International Rwanda and the Ministry of Trade and Industry (SPIU).

In addition to financial oversight, Xavier excels in implementing cost-saving strategies, enhancing internal controls, and ensuring financial accuracy and transparency. His adaptability to diverse financial environments, combined with his strong leadership and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, fosters a culture of transparency and teamwork, driving operational and financial excellence
